Supergreen Soup for Super Energy!

Linda and I love to make supergreen living soups. Linda especially loves them because they are filling and yet quite low in calories, high in nutrient density and especially beautiful.

IF you live in a cold climate….you can warm this soup up….but do not warm it up too high. Don’t go over 115 degrees and the enzymes and supergreen nutrients will be saved.

Here’s our Favorite Supergeen Soup

(for two people)

3 cups Purified Water (more or less) We start with 2 and then add as we go.

1 large Haas Avocado (peeled)

1 cup Organic Baby Spinach

1/2 cup Organic Cilantro

1/2 cup Organic Parlsey

1/3 cup Organic Basil

2 large cloves Organic Garlic

1 Organic Zucchini

1/3 Yellow or Red Onion (peeled)

1 Lime (Juiced)

1 Organic Cucumber (peeled)

Cayenne and Organic Salt to taste.

Touch of Olive Oil for the top and some Basil Springs with a toss of Roasted Paprika and diced green onions for a real beautiful flair!

DIRECTIONS:

Put water into blender
Add all ingredients and blend until consistency is achieved.

Linda and I like it sort of chunky……

And we also eat Flax Crackers with this soup.

ENJOY!

If you want to do this soup for 24 hours, we highly recommend it. It’s filling, it’s cleansing and it’s satisfying.
